What questions should I ask a cash buyer before signing anything?
Are you buying it yourself or assigning the contract? What is your proof of funds? Which title company? What would change your number? How much is the escrow deposit? What happens if you cannot close?
Write the answers down. A buyer who answers all six clearly and puts them in the contract is a buyer worth dealing with.
