Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Quotes & pricing

Quotes provided by phone, text, or website are estimates based on the information and photos you share. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins, and is based on volume, weight, accessibility, and disposal fees. You may decline service at any time before work starts at no charge.

2. Scheduling & cancellations

We offer same-day and scheduled appointments. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Repeated no-show appointments may require a deposit on future bookings.

3. What we will not haul

For safety and legal reasons, we do not remove hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, full propane tanks, wet paint, or items that leak hazardous fluids). If we identify such items on-site, we may decline to remove them.

4. Property access & responsibility

You confirm you own the items being removed or are authorized to dispose of them. We exercise reasonable care, but you agree to hold All Out Rubbish harmless for normal wear or minor cosmetic marks that may occur during the removal of heavy or oversized items. Pre-existing damage should be noted before work begins.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and major mobile payment apps.

6. Communications

By providing your phone number or email you agree we may contact you about your quote, schedule, and service. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, All Out Rubbish's total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
