Do you supply the materials too, or just do the dirt work?

Both. Depending on the project and current availability we can supply fill dirt, clean fill, topsoil, sand, gravel, crushed stone, crushed concrete, road base and other aggregate — then deliver, place, spread and grade it. You can also supply your own material and hire us for equipment and labor only.

What are the different ways I can hire you?

Material only, where we deliver the material you ordered. Material plus spreading, where we deliver and machine-spread it. Or complete dirt work, where we evaluate the project, determine what material it needs, supply and deliver it, place and grade it, and remove excess material when required.

Will grading fix my drainage or flooding problem?

Grading commonly changes how surface water moves and often improves a property, but no contractor can honestly guarantee it eliminates flooding. Results depend on property elevations, water-flow patterns, soil conditions, existing drainage infrastructure, permitting and rainfall. We'll explain what the work is intended to do on your site before quoting it.

What size projects do you take?

Small to mid-size residential and light commercial dirt work suited to compact equipment — yards, lots, pads, driveways, drainage work, trenching and material spreading. Compact machines reach back yards and tight side areas where full-size construction equipment often isn't practical.

Do you work with contractors?

Yes. Concrete, landscaping, sod, pool, drainage and general contractors hire us for the dirt and base phase — clearing, excavation, base placement, spreading, grading and material export — so their crew arrives to a prepared site.

How is dirt work priced?

By project. Area, how much material has to move, whether material is imported or hauled off, site access and haul distance all change the number, which is why we quote from photos or a site visit rather than publishing a rate.

Our Equipment

We run compact equipment that reaches back yards, side lots and tight-access areas across Palm Beach and Broward County where full-size construction machines will not fit. Every machine comes with an operator — we do not rent bare units.

Bobcat T66 Compact Track Loader

Our primary loader for grading, spreading material, brush pushing, backfilling and loading the dump trailer. Rubber tracks mean low ground pressure so it works on lawns and finished surfaces without tearing them up.

Best for: Yard grading, material spreading, backfill, trailer loading

Bobcat MT100 Mini Track Loader

A stand-on mini track loader narrow enough to pass through a standard residential gate. The machine we used to lift a hot tub out from under a pergola without touching the brick patio.

Best for: Back-yard work, gate-access jobs, hot tub & shed removal, tight-area grading

Kubota U17 Mini Excavator

A zero-tail-swing mini excavator for digging where a shovel will not do it — trenches for drainage, irrigation and conduit, post holes, small stump pulls and tight-spot excavation beside walls and fences.
