Storage Unit Cleanout
Storage unit cleanout in Palm Beach & Broward County — we empty abandoned, foreclosed, or delinquent units down to the bare floor so you can flip them fast. One unit or a whole facility sweep, hauled off the same day with a flat-rate quote over text.
Your cleanout quote reflects volume, item weight, access, sorting, labor and disposal requirements.
Delinquent units cost you rent every day they sit full. Our Palm Beach & Broward County crews empty the whole unit — furniture, boxes, appliances, mattresses, mixed junk — load it on our dump trailer, sweep the floor, and hand it back ready to lease. We work with facilities near Boynton Beach and across South Florida on scheduled sweeps or emergency same-day clear-outs.
When a tenant skips out, the unit is usually a mix of real furniture and true junk. We sort as we load — anything usable gets donated to South Florida charities for a receipt, the rest goes to a licensed transfer station. You get a clean unit and the paperwork, not a pile of bags by the hallway.
A single 5×10 or a 50-unit facility sweep — same flat-rate model. We stage the trailer at the roll-up door, work unit by unit, and haul everything in one trip. Palm Beach & Broward County facility managers call us for recurring monthly sweeps, lien-auction pre-cleans, and surprise abandonments alike.
Why All Out Rubbish Does More
All Out Rubbish began as a junk removal company, but our crew brought years of skilled-trade experience to every job. Customers noticed the difference clean, careful, professional work and kept asking us to take on the next project too. We grew by answering that demand honestly expanding into contracting, moving, cleaning, materials delivery, and property solutions because that is what the people we serve actually needed.
It is why Storage Unit Cleanout & Emptying in Palm Beach & Broward County is handled with the same care, accountability, and craftsmanship that first earned our customers' trust. The work is done by a licensed, insured, and bonded team with a contractor on site. We keep our skills current, explain your options in plain language, and treat your property the way we would treat our own.

Point out anything that needs special review. For estate, foreclosure and occupied-property work, agree on a clear set-aside process before the crew starts.
