Tile, concrete, brick, dirt, and roofing shingles are priced by weight rather than by volume, because that's how disposal facilities charge. A half-trailer of shingles costs more to dispose of than a full trailer of cabinets. Tell us what the material actually is when you send photos and the quote will hold; describe it as "some debris" and the number will move on site.
Metal, conduit, and appliance scrap are separated at the yard for recycling. Clean lumber and usable fixtures are set aside where there is a taker. Everything else goes to a licensed transfer station. If your job needs disposal documentation for a permit close-out or an owner's file, ask and we'll photograph the site before and after.
