Donations, Estate Sale Coordination & Disposal
We work with local charities, estate-sale companies, and consignment shops across South Florida. If you'd like to host an estate sale first, we'll come in after to clear what didn't sell. If you'd prefer to donate everything usable, we coordinate pickups with Faith Farm, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, and local women's and family shelters. Documentation for tax-deduction purposes is available on request.
Probate Attorneys, Realtors & Out-of-State Families
Many of our estate clients live out of state and need a trusted local team. We can meet a realtor, attorney, or property manager at the home, send before/after photos throughout the job, and deliver a property that's broom-clean and ready for listing, staging, or rental turnover. Fully insured, COI provided, and we treat the home as if it were our own family's.
