Refrigerators & Freon — Done Right
Florida law and the EPA require certified handling of refrigerants in fridges, freezers, and AC units. Some haulers cut corners and dump them at the curb — that's both illegal and bad for the environment. We take every freon-containing appliance to certified recycling centers that recover the refrigerant before scrapping the metal. You don't have to think about it.
Disconnecting Washers, Dryers & Water Heaters
We disconnect electric washers, dryers, and water heaters at no extra charge — just shut off the breaker and we'll handle the rest. For gas dryers and gas water heaters, we ask that you shut off the gas valve before we arrive (or have a plumber cap the line). Stackable laundry units, kitchen built-ins, and tight Florida laundry closets are part of our daily routine.
