We load and haul off excess soil, spoil piles and dirt left behind by another contractor, and we can bring in clean fill on the same trip if the site is short somewhere else.
Yes. Removing old sod, importing and spreading topsoil, and finish grading to a smooth, even surface is the usual scope before a sod crew shows up.
We do post-demolition cleanup and grading — clear what is left, bring in fill where the footprint sank, and level the ground back to usable.

Yes, that is the only way we send equipment out. You can hire equipment and operator time alone, or a full scope where we also supply and haul the material.
