Junk Removal With No Hidden Fees
The complaint we hear most about the big franchises is the final invoice not matching the quote. Our quote is the invoice.
What is already included: two-man labor, carrying items out of any room or floor, loading, dump and disposal fees, broom sweep of the area, and donation drop-off of anything reusable.
What we never charge: fuel surcharges, stair fees, distance fees, weekend fees, or an 'environmental fee' line item.
Our whole price list is public: $75 for a single item, $175 for a quarter trailer, $295 for a half, $425 for three-quarters, and $595 for a completely full 16.6-cubic-yard dump trailer. Labor, loading, sweep-up, and dump fees are already in that number.

FAQ
Do you charge extra for stairs or long carries?
No. If the crew has to walk it down three flights, that is on us — the flat rate already accounts for it.
Is the dump fee separate?
No. Disposal is included in the flat rate for standard household junk. Only heavy debris like concrete or tile is billed by weight, and we tell you the rate before booking.
