Junk Removal Price Per Load — What a Load Actually Costs

'Per load' only means something if you know how big the load is. Ours is a 16.6-cubic-yard dump trailer, and here is what each fraction of it costs.

Our full price list is public: $75 for a single item, $125 minimum load, $175 for a quarter trailer, $295 for a half, $425 for three-quarters, and $595 for a completely full 16.6-cubic-yard dump trailer. Labor, loading, sweep-up, and dump fees are already included.

A lot of companies quote 'per truckload' without telling you the truck size, so a $500 load from one company can hold half of what a $595 load holds from another. Ours is measured and posted.

Multiple loads on the same job get a discount — the second trailer on the same day is cheaper than the first because we are already there.

FAQ

How many loads will my cleanout take?

Send a couple photos and we will tell you before we start. Most garages are one load; most full houses are two to four.

Do you charge by weight?

Only for concrete, dirt, tile, and roofing debris, which the transfer station bills by the ton. Everything else is by volume.
