What We Take

What's the difference between demolition and an interior gut-out?

Full demolition removes the whole structure. An interior gut-out (selective demolition) strips the inside, such as walls, kitchens, baths, flooring and drywall, while the building shell stays standing. They are different scopes and often different permits.

Gut-outs are common before major renovations and tenant buildouts.

Load-bearing walls need a plan from a qualified professional before removal.
