What should be included in a house demolition quote?
A complete quote names the structure coming down, the permit, utility and survey responsibilities, debris hauling and disposal, the slab and foundation decision, extras like the pool, driveway or trees, and the finished condition of the lot. If any of these are missing, ask before you sign.

Ask whether the slab and footings are removed or left.
Ask what 'site cleanup' means: rough-cleared, debris-free, or graded.
Ask what happens if something unexpected is found, like buried debris or an old septic tank.
