Can you remove junk if I am out of state or not home?
Yes. All Out Rubbish routinely handles remote jobs for out-of-state owners, realtors, and landlords in Palm Beach and Broward County — we confirm the scope by photo, send before-and-after pictures, and take payment by card, Zelle, or Venmo.
We coordinate directly with tenants, gate guards, property managers, or a neighbor with a key.
You get photo documentation of the emptied space the same day, which realtors use for listing prep records.
