Do I have to be home for a junk removal pickup?
No. If the items are accessible — a driveway, garage, curb, or unlocked side yard — All Out Rubbish can do the pickup while you're at work and send before-and-after photos plus a digital receipt when it's done.
For unattended jobs we confirm the flat rate by text first, then collect payment by card, Zelle, or Venmo after you see the photos.
For inside-the-home jobs, someone 18 or older should be there to point out what stays.
