All Out Rubbish vs 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Greenacres
Getting quotes for junk removal in Greenacres, Palm Beach County? Here is the honest breakdown between a local owner-operated crew and 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We cover 33413, 33415, 33463, 33467 and every neighborhood from River Bridge to Original Greenacres to Fountains — usually same day.
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the most recognized name in junk removal, and that recognition is earned — they built the category. The tradeoff is that the brand, the national call center, and the franchise royalty all live inside the price you pay in Boynton Beach. We do not speak for any other company's local pricing or crews — franchise territories set their own rates, and a good franchise crew is a good crew. What follows is a structural comparison based on how each business model works, plus what our own customers in Palm Beach and Broward County tell us after they have called around.
| In Greenacres | All Out Rubbish | 1-800-GOT-JUNK? |
|---|---|---|
| Who answers | Montel, the owner. The person who quotes your job is on the job. | A national call center that routes you to the nearest franchise territory. |
| Quote method | Text a photo, get a flat rate back — usually within minutes, before anyone drives out. | Phone estimate followed by an on-site quote once the truck arrives. |
| Pricing floor | $75 minimum single-item pickup. | Franchise minimums are typically higher for a single item because a full truck and two-person crew are dispatched. |
| Arrival window | Typically a 1–2 hour window; often same-day in Palm Beach and Broward. | Commonly a 2-hour window inside a booked half-day block. |
| Overhead in the price | One local truck, one local trailer, no royalty, no call center. | National advertising, franchise royalties, and call-center staffing are real costs carried by every job. |
| Local knowledge | Gate codes, HOA rules, 55+ community loading-dock hours, county transfer stations. | Varies by whichever crew the territory dispatches that day. |
| Equipment | 7'×16' dump trailer with 4' walls (~16.6 cu yd) plus truck. | Standard branded box truck. |
| Recycling & donation | We route reusable furniture to local charities and metals to a scrap yard before landfill. | Publicly committed to diverting recyclables and donations as well. |

The verdict for Greenacres
For a nationwide corporate account, a national brand makes sense. For a driveway in Boynton Beach, Delray, Boca, or Fort Lauderdale, a local owner-operated crew removes a layer of overhead and a layer of phone tag. Text a photo to (561) 345-9808 and compare our number against whatever else you are quoted — that is the only comparison that matters.
