A hoarding cleanup is done in stages with the resident or family setting the pace: assessment and a flat quote, a clear-path pass for safety, room-by-room sorting with a keep pile, then removal — priced by load volume, usually several full loads.

Nothing goes out without agreement. That single rule is what separates a cleanup that holds from one that ends in a locked door and a cancelled job.

Blocked exits, blocked electrical panels, and stacked material near a water heater come out first. In South Florida, add anything holding moisture — damp cardboard and textiles in this humidity become a mold problem fast.

Keep, donate, discard, and undecided. The undecided pile matters — giving someone a legitimate place to defer a decision is what keeps the work moving instead of stalling on one box.
