A certificate of insurance naming your company is available on request, and we can be set up as an approved vendor with a W-9.
Rekey-ready timing: most single-family foreclosures are cleared in one visit, and rush turns for a listing date are accommodated when you call before mid-day.
Usable goods are donated where possible; the rest is disposed of legally at licensed transfer stations — important because illegal dumping traces back to the property owner of record.
