Is there really such a thing as free junk removal?

Truly free junk removal is rare. The legitimate free options are your city's bulk trash day, charity pickup for donatable furniture, and scrap metal collectors for appliances — everything else costs money because labor, fuel, and dump fees are real. All Out Rubbish keeps it as close to free as practical with flat rates starting at $75 and photo quotes so you never overpay.

City bulk pickup is free but runs on a fixed schedule — often once or twice a month — and piles set out early or with the wrong items get flagged by code enforcement, with fines that commonly start around $175.

Charities pick up for free only when items are clean and resellable; stained or broken furniture gets declined at the curb.

Scrap haulers will take washers, dryers, and water heaters free because the metal has value — but they do not take couches, mattresses, or mixed household junk.

Any company advertising 'absolutely free junk removal' for general household junk is either a lead-generation site selling your phone number, or the price appears after the truck is loaded.

The honest way to pay less: one or two items curbside is our cheapest tier, and a photo quote means the flat rate is locked before anyone drives out.
