How much should I tip movers?
Tipping is optional. Many people give each mover $20–$40 for a half-day move or $40–$60 for a full day, or around 5–10% of the bill, plus cold drinks in Florida heat. Never feel obligated — a good review naming the crew means a lot too.
Tip each mover directly rather than one lump sum.
Adjust for stairs, heat, heavy items, and care taken.
Cold water and drinks are always appreciated in South Florida.
