Step 1: photo or call. Step 2: flat-rate quote, no obligation. Step 3: arrival window, usually same or next day. Step 4: we confirm the price before touching anything. Step 5: load, sweep, and haul. Step 6: pay by card, cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
You never pay for a walkthrough and there is never a pressure pitch. If the quote does not work for you, nothing happens.
