How do I know a junk removal company is legitimate?
Ask for three things: proof of general liability insurance, a flat-rate quote in writing before work starts, and the name of the permitted facility your load goes to. All Out Rubbish provides all three, including a Certificate of Insurance on request.
Red flags: cash-only with no receipt, refusal to give a written number, a quote that jumps once the truck is loaded, no business name on the vehicle, and no verifiable reviews.
