Do you charge extra for stairs, long carries, or heavy items?
No. All Out Rubbish quotes one flat rate by volume — stairs, second-floor walk-ups, long driveways, and heavy furniture do not add fees. The only exception is heavy debris like concrete, tile, dirt, and roofing shingles, which the transfer station charges by the ton.
Pianos, safes, and gym equipment are handled case by case, but the price is still quoted before we start.
If a hauler adds a stair fee or fuel surcharge after arriving, that is a bait-and-switch and common in this market.
