Do I need the title to demolish a mobile home in Florida?
You need to show you have the right to remove it. Mobile homes in Florida are often titled through the Florida DHSMV, and lenders, parks and building departments may ask for proof of ownership. Check title and lien requirements before scheduling the demolition.
If the home is in a park, the park manager usually needs to approve the removal.
If there's a lien, the lienholder may need to sign off.
Ask the building department whether a demolition permit is needed for your address.
All Out Rubbish handles the demolition permit once ownership is clear.
