Can you move a car that doesn't run?
Yes. Non-running cars are towed with a flatbed or wheel lift. If the wheels don't roll, tell us so we bring skates.
Flat or locked wheels need extra equipment.
Junk cars may be bought instead of towed.
Have proof of ownership.
