Can you do pickups in condos and gated HOA communities?
Yes. All Out Rubbish works in condos, high-rises, and gated communities across Palm Beach and Broward County, and provides a Certificate of Insurance to building management ahead of time so we are cleared through the gate and freight elevator.
Many buildings require a booked freight-elevator window and a COI on file 24–48 hours before the move. Tell us the building and we handle that paperwork.
Beachside buildings in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Boca often restrict loading to specific morning hours — we schedule around it.
