Can you remove a couch from the second floor or a walk-up?
Yes, and the price does not change. There is no stair charge, elevator charge or long-carry charge on our flat rates.
My building requires a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Yes. We are licensed and insured and can send a COI to your The Acreage building management or HOA before the appointment, which most high-rises require before a vendor uses the freight elevator or dock.
Can you take a mattress and box spring together?
Yes. A mattress or box spring alone is $75, and a complete bed — mattress, box spring and frame — is about $125. We disassemble the frame in the room.
I'm replacing all my bedroom furniture. Can you haul the old set away?
