Why Delray Beach Bulk Pickup Usually Won't Take It
Most Palm Beach County municipalities require mattresses to be sealed in a disposal bag and set out only on your scheduled bulk day. Put it out early and the pile gets tagged or spray-painted, collection gets skipped, and the code case can turn into a fine on your utility bill. We remove it on your schedule instead of the city's.
We Carry It Out — You Don't Touch It
Second-floor bedroom in Pineapple Grove? Condo elevator near Lake Ida? Tight stairwell? Our two-person crews bring blankets and floor protection and take the mattress out without scuffing your walls. No stairs fee, no long-carry fee.
Recycled, Not Dumped
Mattresses are roughly 80% recyclable — steel springs, foam, fiber, and wood all get separated at the facility. Anything clean and gently used gets offered to local charities first. You get a disposal confirmation on request.

Questions Worth Asking
What is included with mattress?
Confirm disconnection limits, disassembly, floor and doorway protection, loading, transport, recycling or disposal, and cleanup before pickup.
Does the item need special equipment or extra people?
Weight, dimensions, stairs, tight turns, anchors and whether the item rolls determine the crew and equipment needed for safe removal.
Can the item be donated or recycled?
Condition, material type and local receiving rules determine the best outlet. Share clear photos so reuse, recycling and disposal options can be discussed before pickup.

Mattress FAQ — Delray Beach
Mattress Removal & Disposal in Delray Beach — questions customers actually ask
I have a sectional couch that needs to come out of my Delray Beach apartment. Who can pick it up?
All Out Rubbish removes sectionals from Delray Beach apartments and condos for a flat $75–$125, usually same day. We take the sections apart in the unit if the doorway, hallway or elevator is tight.
Can you remove a couch from the second floor or a walk-up?
Yes, and the price does not change. There is no stair charge, elevator charge or long-carry charge on our flat rates.
My building requires a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Yes. We are licensed and insured and can send a COI to your Delray Beach building management or HOA before the appointment, which most high-rises require before a vendor uses the freight elevator or dock.
Can you take a mattress and box spring together?
Yes. A mattress or box spring alone is $75, and a complete bed — mattress, box spring and frame — is about $125. We disassemble the frame in the room.
I'm replacing all my bedroom furniture. Can you haul the old set away?
A full bedroom — bed, dresser, nightstands, mirror — runs about $175 in Delray Beach. Timing it before the delivery truck arrives is fine; just tell us the window.
Do you take patio and outdoor furniture too?
Yes — patio sets, poolside loungers, umbrellas and rusted metal frames. Metal pieces often reduce the price because they go to the scrap yard.
What happens to furniture that's still in good shape?
Clean, usable furniture is offered to local donation partners before anything goes to a landfill. We can provide a donation receipt on request.
