Built for The Acreage Buildings
High-rises along the beach, garden apartments near Santa Rosa Groves, and 55+ condo associations around Deer Run all have their own rules — elevator pads, service entrances, load-in windows, and COI requirements. We book the elevator, provide the certificate of insurance your association needs, and work inside the approved window.
Move-Out Deadlines and Deposits
Most cleanouts we do in Palm Beach County are racing a lease end date or a closing. Same-day and next-day slots are almost always available, and we can meet a property manager, realtor, or family member if you're out of state.
Donate First, Haul Second
Usable furniture, small appliances, and unopened household goods go to local charities before anything sees a transfer station. We'll leave the unit broom-clean and text you photos to forward to the landlord or buyer.
Why All Out Rubbish Does More
A name built on junk removal, a reputation earned on everything else.
All Out Rubbish began as a junk removal company, but our crew brought years of skilled-trade experience to every job. Customers noticed the difference clean, careful, professional work and kept asking us to take on the next project too. We grew by answering that demand honestly expanding into contracting, moving, cleaning, materials delivery, and property solutions because that is what the people we serve actually needed.
It is why Apartment & Condo Cleanout in The Acreage is handled with the same care, accountability, and craftsmanship that first earned our customers' trust. The work is done by a licensed, insured, and bonded team with a contractor on site. We keep our skills current, explain your options in plain language, and treat your property the way we would treat our own.

A few details help us bring the right crew, equipment, and plan the first time.
- Send photos of every room or area involved, including closets, cabinets, garages, patios and any separate piles outside.
- Identify what must stay, what can be donated or recycled, and anything that should be set aside for an owner, tenant or family member.
- Share the deadline, access instructions, elevator or loading-dock rules, parking limits and whether the property is occupied or vacant.
Questions Worth Asking
Does the cleanout include sorting, loading and final cleanup?
Confirm which rooms are included, how keep and discard items will be separated, whether donation or recycling is requested, and the cleanup standard after loading.
How will personal papers, valuables or sensitive items be handled?
Point out anything that needs special review. For estate, foreclosure and occupied-property work, agree on a clear set-aside process before the crew starts.
What can change the cleanout quote?
Hidden rooms or storage areas, more volume than shown, unusually heavy contents, restricted material, difficult access and added sorting can change the labor or disposal required.

Apartment & Condo Cleanout in The Acreage — questions customers actually ask
I need my entire The Acreage garage cleaned out. Who can haul everything away?
A garage cleanout in The Acreage is about $295 for a half trailer load and $425–$595 when it is packed floor to ceiling. Shelving and workbenches come apart, paint and chemicals go to hazardous drop-off, and we sweep the floor.
Can you empty a storage unit for me?
Yes. A 5x10 is usually $175–$295 and a packed 10x20 is about $595. We coordinate with the facility's gate hours and you do not have to be there if we have the code.
I'm a landlord with a unit full of belongings a tenant left. Who removes that?
We handle turnover and eviction cleanouts in The Acreage at $295–$595 per load, usually same or next day so the unit does not sit. You get before-and-after photos and an itemized receipt.
Who can clear out a whole house before it goes on the market?
Whole-house cleanouts are priced per 16.6-cubic-yard load at about $595, and most three-bedroom homes take one to three loads. The house is left broom-clean for listing photos or a closing walkthrough.
I inherited a property full of belongings. Can you handle an estate cleanout?
Yes, and we work carefully. Documents, photographs and personal papers are set aside for the family, usable goods go to donation partners, and out-of-state executors get photos rather than a plane ticket.
Can you handle a hoarding-level cleanout with several truckloads?
Yes. Multi-load projects are quoted as one total after photos or a walkthrough video, and we schedule enough time and crew rather than stopping halfway. Call (561) 345-9808 to talk it through.
Can you clean out an attic, shed and backyard on the same visit?
Yes. Several areas of one property are treated as a single job with one price, not separate service calls.
