All Out Rubbish demolishes and fills in-ground pools in Wellington, with permits handled, and we are licensed, insured and bonded. Text photos of the pool, deck and yard access for a written project quote.
Call (561) 345-9808 or text photos of the area for a project quote. Every Wellington quote depends on the size of the area, how much material has to move, site access, and whether material is supplied or hauled off.
In a partial removal, the top of the pool is broken out and the shell is left in place, drilled for drainage and backfilled. In a full removal, the whole shell comes out. Full removal usually costs more but leaves fewer questions when you sell or build. Tell us which one you want before we quote.
We handle the demolition permit. The address decides city or unincorporated Palm Beach County review, and some offices inspect the backfill. Electrical and gas lines to the pool equipment must be disconnected first.
Gate width, fences, landscaping and septic or drain-field locations affect how equipment gets in. Say whether you want the area ready for sod, a patio or future building so the fill and finish are written into the scope.
Why All Out Rubbish Does More
All Out Rubbish began as a junk removal company, but our crew brought years of skilled-trade experience to every job. Customers noticed the difference clean, careful, professional work and kept asking us to take on the next project too. We grew by answering that demand honestly expanding into contracting, moving, cleaning, materials delivery, and property solutions because that is what the people we serve actually needed.
It is why In-Ground Pool Demolition & Removal in Wellington is handled with the same care, accountability, and craftsmanship that first earned our customers' trust. All Out Rubbish handles full-house demolition with permits, and is licensed, insured and bonded. We keep our skills current, explain your options in plain language, and treat your property the way we would treat our own.

Those are separate scope decisions. Specify which foundations, footings, driveways, pools, fences, trees and outbuildings must go and which must stay. Confirm each item in the written quote; full-house teardown does not automatically mean every improvement on the lot is removed.
Older roofing, siding, flooring and other materials may need assessment before they are disturbed. Ask the applicable environmental authority which survey, notification and abatement rules apply to this building and project. Do not assume a single-family home is exempt from every requirement, and do not treat ordinary demolition as approval for hazardous-material removal.
Agree on the finish standard in writing: debris removal, retained slabs or footings, open excavations, backfill, rough grading and any inspection or closeout documents. A cleared lot is not automatically engineered, compacted or approved for a new foundation.
All Out Rubbish is an independent demolition service, not a city or county agency. We handle the project's permits; official offices determine the applicable approvals. For every question about teardown, construction demos, utilities, slabs and getting the lot back to flat land, read our complete demolition guide, what we demolish and permit guides by city.
For unincorporated Palm Beach County, the county demolition policy distinguishes an entire one- or two-family dwelling from partial or interior demolition. Reduced technical review for a full dwelling is not a permit exemption. Landscape review can also apply when demolition is submitted without redevelopment. For a property inside a municipality, confirm that city's requirements instead of applying the county checklist automatically.
