All Out Rubbish handles commercial and construction demolition in Hollywood, from full building teardowns to tenant gut-outs, with permits handled, and we are licensed, insured and bonded. Send the address, photos, plans or scope for a written project quote.
Call (561) 345-9808 or text photos of the area for a project quote. Every Hollywood quote depends on the size of the area, how much material has to move, site access, and whether material is supplied or hauled off.
We work for owners, developers, general contractors and property managers. Tell us whether the whole building comes down or only part of it, and what must stay, such as shared walls, slabs, utilities or neighboring tenants.
We handle demolition permits. Commercial projects in Broward County usually need an asbestos survey and utility disconnects before teardown, and the address decides city or county review. Approval times can't be guaranteed.
We have the equipment to take a property back to flat land for the next stage. Clearing a lot isn't the same as engineered grading or compaction for a new foundation, so confirm the finish your builder needs in the written scope.
Owners and general contractors comparing demolition companies in Broward County should get the permit responsibility, insurance, asbestos survey and site finish in writing. All Out Rubbish is a licensed, insured and bonded demolition company that handles the permit, the teardown and debris hauling under one business.
Why All Out Rubbish Does More
All Out Rubbish began as a junk removal company, but our crew brought years of skilled-trade experience to every job. Customers noticed the difference clean, careful, professional work and kept asking us to take on the next project too. We grew by answering that demand honestly expanding into contracting, moving, cleaning, materials delivery, and property solutions because that is what the people we serve actually needed.
It is why Commercial & Construction Demolition in Hollywood is handled with the same care, accountability, and craftsmanship that first earned our customers' trust. All Out Rubbish handles full-house demolition with permits, and is licensed, insured and bonded. We keep our skills current, explain your options in plain language, and treat your property the way we would treat our own.

Those are separate scope decisions. Specify which foundations, footings, driveways, pools, fences, trees and outbuildings must go and which must stay. Confirm each item in the written quote; full-house teardown does not automatically mean every improvement on the lot is removed.
Older roofing, siding, flooring and other materials may need assessment before they are disturbed. Ask the applicable environmental authority which survey, notification and abatement rules apply to this building and project. Do not assume a single-family home is exempt from every requirement, and do not treat ordinary demolition as approval for hazardous-material removal.
Agree on the finish standard in writing: debris removal, retained slabs or footings, open excavations, backfill, rough grading and any inspection or closeout documents. A cleared lot is not automatically engineered, compacted or approved for a new foundation.
All Out Rubbish is an independent demolition service, not a city or county agency. We handle the project's permits; official offices determine the applicable approvals. For every question about teardown, construction demos, utilities, slabs and getting the lot back to flat land, read our complete demolition guide, what we demolish and permit guides by city.
Broward's building division serves unincorporated areas and certain contracted jurisdictions; other addresses use their city building department. The county asbestos page requires its Statement of Responsibilities process at least 10 working days before demolition or renovation begins and a Certificate of Submittal for the building application. The stated fee exemption for residential buildings with four or fewer units is not a blanket exemption from that process. Confirm current project-specific requirements before scheduling.
