Tear-Out Before New Floors Go In
Flooring installers charge a premium for demo, and some won't haul the old material at all. We do both for Hollywood homeowners, condo owners near Hollywood Beach, and rental turnovers across Broward County — carpet, pad, staples and tack strips gone before install day.
Tile, Laminate & Water-Damaged Floors
We break out ceramic and porcelain tile, pull glued-down vinyl and laminate, and tear out flooring damaged by leaks or flooding — including soaked baseboards and underlayment.
Property Managers & Turnovers
Old carpet is the number-one reason a unit shows badly. We schedule around your turnover window and clear the unit in a single visit so paint and install can start.
Why All Out Rubbish Does More
A name built on junk removal, a reputation earned on everything else.
All Out Rubbish began as a junk removal company, but our crew brought years of skilled-trade experience to every job. Customers noticed the difference clean, careful, professional work and kept asking us to take on the next project too. We grew by answering that demand honestly expanding into contracting, moving, cleaning, materials delivery, and property solutions because that is what the people we serve actually needed.
It is why Carpet & Flooring Removal in Hollywood is handled with the same care, accountability, and craftsmanship that first earned our customers' trust. The work is done by a licensed, insured, and bonded team with a contractor on site. We keep our skills current, explain your options in plain language, and treat your property the way we would treat our own.
Read our storyBefore Your Carpet Removal Visit
A few details help us bring the right crew, equipment, and plan the first time.
- Send wide photos of the full work area, close-ups of anything damaged or unusually heavy, and the access route from the street. Include dimensions and photos showing how the structure or material connects to anything that must remain.
- Identify utilities, permits or association approvals that may apply, and mark nearby walls, slabs, landscaping or equipment that must be protected.
- Describe the material being removed, site access, debris placement and the finished condition you expect after demolition and haul-away.
Questions Worth Asking
Does the quote include demolition, hauling and site cleanup?
Ask for the work area, protection, dismantling, equipment, loading, disposal and final cleanup to be listed so the complete scope is clear.
What needs to be disconnected or approved first?
Utilities, permits, HOA rules and structural conditions depend on the project and address. Confirm those requirements before work begins.
How are hidden conditions handled?
Concealed wiring, plumbing, rot, anchors, reinforced concrete or hazardous material should be documented and priced before work continues beyond the approved scope.

Carpet Removal FAQ — Hollywood
Carpet & Flooring Removal in Hollywood — questions customers actually ask
I remodeled and have construction debris everywhere in Hollywood. Who removes it?
All Out Rubbish hauls renovation debris in Hollywood for $295–$595 per load — cabinets, countertops, lumber, drywall, doors and fixtures. Concrete, tile, dirt and shingles are quoted by weight because the transfer station bills by the ton.
Can you pick up debris from an active job site between trades?
Yes. Contractors use us for clean sweeps between trades so the next crew walks into a clear site. Recurring pickups can be scheduled for the length of the project.
Should I hire junk removal instead of renting a dumpster for my renovation?
If you do not want to load it, yes — we load and haul for one flat number. If you would rather load at your own pace, our dump trailer is $100 a day and we haul it when you are done.
Can you haul away broken concrete, tile and masonry?
Yes, priced by weight rather than volume. Clean concrete goes to a recycler where one is nearby instead of the landfill.
Can you remove old fencing or a torn-down deck?
Yes — fence panels, posts, decking and small structure debris. We can also do the tear-out and the haul as one quoted project.
What if the debris is behind the house or truck access is tight?
That is normal here. We carry it out by hand, or bring the Bobcat MT100, which fits through a standard gate, when the pile is too big to hand-carry.
